The Pike House

The Chapter has purchased the land on Alpha Drive where the Pike House stands,
thanks to a loan from the International Fraternity.

We are waiting for the Alpha Drive Fraternity
Organization to complete the rezoning process so that we may rebuild the
Delta Tau Pike house


Currently we lease out another property on New Row at 615 Alpha Dr. We will live here until our property at 620 Alpha Dr. is rebuilt.

Pi Kappa Alpha has been at ASU since 1951. The property at 620 Alpha Dr. is our 3rd house at ASU. Our first house pictured, was on University where Mama's Pizza currently resides. We then occupied a house on Old Row at ASU. Once New Row was built we moved into the facility at 620 Alpha Dr.
